NTA ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP ROADSHOW全国德士师傅协会招募会员展

Our annual membership road show will be held on 21 & 22 Nov 2015 (Sat & Sun) between 9:30am and 5.30pm at Yio Chu Kang Community Club, 50 Ang Mo Kio Street 61. For NTA members, you will receive souvenirs items like NTA pen, mini-calendars, ang pow packets, lucky dip, etc. while stock last. Other Great discounts and latest offering from vendors like Singtel, Starhub, M1, OTO Bodycare, Tupperware, Electrical household appliances, Car & Phone accessories, health products and sporting clothings/wears, etc

TCM talk: Take care of yourself the TCM way 通过认识中医保健养生方式 – by Council of Third Age (C3A) Long driving hours on the road with prolong sitting posture, which include lack of exercise, junk-food diets, toilet management and stress should be the health concern of all taxi drivers. The risks of obesity, diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, dry eyes, stiff necks are typically faced by taxi drivers. The theme of the talk is to share the approach to the prevention and mitigation of these health risks, the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) way. 长期驾驶久坐和生活方式如缺乏运动, 不良饮食,可能出现种种问题。健康问题包括糖尿病、高胆固醇、高血 压, 眼睛干涩, 患心脏疾病等等。因此借着本讲座的主题, 分享如何通过认识中医保健养生方式，来预防、缓解上述因职业或生活方式衍生的疾病。 The talk will be held on 21 & 22 Nov 2015 (English on Sat & Mandarin on Sun) at 11am - 12pm at Yio Chu Kang Community Club Auditorium (Level 2) on a first-come-first serve basis while seats are available.
